Free collection / pickup is available at 26 Lake Circle Street, Midfield – Midstream Estate, Centurion, 1692. 

A time and date will be arranged prior to pickup to ensure there is someone available at our address to hand over your order. Please note that collections are usually ready within 2-4 working days. 

Annique charges a flat rate of R72 for all deliveries (this excludes all special deliveries to farms or delivery on gravel roads and outlying areas).

Annique charges a rate of R60 for PEP/PostNet Store delivery.
• These fees are determined according to current shipping charges and services and are subject to change by Annique.
• Annique only ships orders to registered Annique Consultants or clients within the borders of South Africa.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 2-3 working days to main centres and 4-5 working days to regional centres and outlying areas.
• Delivery takes 4-5 working days for PEP Store delivery.
• Delivery takes 2-3 working days for PostNet store deliveries to main centres and 3-5 working days for PostNet deliveries to regional centres.

Annique has a quality guarantee for its customers on all products. It is the responsibility
of the Consultant to replace or refund any defective product or any product with which a
customer is not satisfied.

The Consultant may then return these products to Annique. The products returned will be
subject to verification.

• The unused portion of the product must be returned by the Consultant who exchanged
the product for the customer.
• The product must be accompanied by a Products and Services Rating Form which has been completed in full.
• The purchase date, batch number and customer details are essential for a quick refund.
• The Consultant is responsible for all costs pertaining to the return of the defective products. Annique will pay the shipping costs of replacement products.
• The defective products will be replaced with the same products at the Beautique (Namibia only) or a credit on the debtor’s account may be requested at Home Office.
• Credits will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product and the approval of the return thereof.
